    skystar hd2 pci issue device can't start error code 10

    With Windows 10 64 what the best driver for this card. All drivers i try and some error. Previously worked fine with my DvbViewer Pro but after trying to install AltDvb it crashed and no driver I tested works. Any help will be appreciated. Best regards
