    CTech 3100 HD Can't enter A-F for boxkey

    When going to Main Menu > CA > N|DS > Serial Number > [Yellow Button] BOXKEY Edit FF FF FF FF FF How do I enter the letters A to F as I can only seem to enter number using the remote control. I've tried every button on the remote control and nothing seems to work? Any ideas anyone? Thanks

    Clear Settings - How to?

    I messed up my keys in 8280. I thought that a database reset would clear all keys so I could start again, but after the reset everything was still there. I also tried uploading a new softcam.key but that didn't seem to overwrite my messed up keys. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

    Softcam enabled by default with P fw?

    Hey guys, I have a C-Tech 3100 Plus with the latest P fw, I used ctechupP to upload the latest keys and when I go to 8282 I see that the keys have been uploaded successfully, however when I go to an encrypted channel it says scrambled signal? Do I have to turn on the softcam somehow? Cheers
