I need to add canal + sports HD, if I do a scan it cant find it, according to lj's site its on 11,389 24500 thor 2. I have seen it listed on my SD technomate but need to get the channel on my HD 200. Any ideas?

Is it possible to do channel update via usb or is it only by rs232. Second is there any good channel update software out there with out paying, I cant see me using this too often as once I've got a list then its sorted? Third does anyone have an already sorted channel list posted? Thanks
