There was no subscription, but how did aubis work in the past?
Hi,
as explained by ARA$H, it worked perfectly on box where forever subscription time has ended ( I can confirm this too)
But I can confirm you too what tan1 said.
I had the same problem very recently, solved after an annual renew.
So, possibly working system has changed and now a forever subscription is requested for "biss au" function on many models.
And if forever is not included as tool in your box software, you could have many problems.
Anyway if this can help you I'm posting here my personal experience.
I have a tiger t8 that crashes very often and forever server stop working. I usually don't care because I didn't need this tool.
But "biss au" option continues to work with no problem :thum:
After a power off/on, forever server starts working again.
So it's possible, forever server status validity is checked for a box serial number
each time a "biss au" request is sent to server: if serial is down, there is no answer.
This to say, that if system would accept a forever server renew for you box serial number, is possible, biss au function could start working again
Of course I have no proof of that, but just an assumption.
Otherwise you can only change your box
