new HD 900 Tune failed problem

HI
I received today a new HD 900 UHD satellite receiver from HM-SAT via Amazon.
Dreambox DM900 UHD 4K 1xDVB-S2 Dual Tuner E2 Linux PVR Receiver
but when i install it, it has no signal for all sats.
it marked tune failed “echec accord” in french always (no signal).
However It detects the two tuners DVB-S2.
When I replace it with another mine old receiver HD800 this last works fine! That is to say that my sat installation is good.
what's the matter with it my HD 900 ?
help please.
My tuner configuration is for collective réception for 3 sats, as below:
Tuner A
Simple
diseqc A/B/C/D
A : 19,2 E ASTRA
B : 13 E HOTBIRD
C : 7 W NILESAT
D : not configured

Tuner B: not configured

And when i check with my old HD800, it works perectly !!

Try to connect through a tuner B.
If the signal appears - the tuner A problem , if not - it is necessary to look any further. And check again the diseqc settings. Good luck!

Try to configure it as advance with appropriate setting. There's nothing defect with tuner.

It's too soon u said that, it's fine 4 me. It's just about a correct configuration. And update it with the latest dvb driver provide by image developer

problems with dual tuner on this 900HD model have many many customers, I think, that problem is no in driver, problem is in hardware, possible is try using dual tuner from older models, for example: silicon twin tuner from 7020HD, maybe this solve your problem

No picture with other settings !!!
I don't know wich the problem the DM900 is new from Hm-sat

If it's so, will dreambox replace for that defect as guarantee??

I'm using 8x1 diseqc and it's oc with diseqc mode : 1.1 and 1.2 but i never try with diseqc 4x1 with disecq mode 1.0. I think the problem occur with diseq mode 1.0

Have u tried setting in advance with this configuration :
1. Increase voltage = yes
2. Fast Disecq = yes

is there any chance you used your channel and satellite list from your 8000 to your 900? I did this with my 800 to 900 and it didnt like it. If you havent already tried, enter the transponder info in manual scan and try that.

I Tried it, but unfortunately always tune failed !!
Really I'm so tired .

Yes 4 some of TP but not all of it

I try all kind of tuner configuration. It seems to not work.
I have always Signal = 0 SNR=0 BER=O
and automatic or manual scan not found any channel !!
I Have dual Si2166B DVB-S2

Have u tried changing ur diseqc to 8x1?Is's oc 4 me and other of my friends
