i asked this question a while back and this was the response from @sam on the tmcommunity.

From TM Latest News, there will be support for below models for some time to come
Models with star in stock and will be continued
Not all as per List
*TM-5502/5302
*TM-8000
*TM-5402-M3
M1-M2
*TM-F3/5
*TM-6902/7102
*TM-3000D
All Linux E2-models obsolete or current ex-TM-800


the latest models always get the support first... technomate are a business after all and their number 1 priority is SELL,SELL,SELL

I doubt it although it shares identical hardware and even On screen menu structure/Display, It took them almost 8 months to release a new patch for it.

The DrHD's although fantastic receivers mainly get support for the Russian market as this is there main selling area. You never know though i would consider emailing DRHD them selves to get the point across about lack of support
