Does original firmware HD 5000 for usb upload exist?

Hello everyone,
Since my computer does not have a serial port, I have to upload the new firmware by usb-memorystick. In case of any problems I like to have an original firmware from C-tech, just in case. But I can only find the versions that need the serial port. Can anybody help please?.

you may also try the adapter (usb to serial) and solve the problem. They´re cheap and very usefull, i have a ctech 5000 hd and i don´t have a serial port in my laptop. i use the adapter cable and works just fine. i´m sure you can buy one if you search for it.
