AN 'INTRINSICALLY unfair' phone-in on Deal Or No Deal has cost organisers a £30.000 fine. Anyone in early had a better chance of winning one of the cash prizes, said watchdog Icstis. Service provider iTouch U.K Ltd was ordered to pay the fine. Icstis also criticised the makers of the show, presented by Noel Edmonds (pictured), for already knowing which one of the three cash prizes would be won.
