Farda tv always black: possible to solve?

Hi guys, on my satellite Turksat 42est the channel called Farda Tv appears always black, and signal is great and ok...Why?

396 Mhz. CPU. ( ALI must or STI )

Device-specific software resolvable with.

According to me.

The easiest way to solve the problem is to try the same channel with another decoder.
Maybe a very old SD receiver shows the display correctly.
