It looks like the Afghan sports channel 3 Sport joined Yahsat- 1A at 52.5ºE at 11785 H 27500.
This Channel broadcasts the main 5 European football competitions(Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1) plus the UEFA competitions (Europa League, CHampions league, European qualifiers) and other sports like NFL, NBA, WWE and UFC.
I'm not able to confirm this information, but the channel will be on the East beam, covering the middle east, with a very difficult (if not impossible) reception in Europe.
