vu+ not saving positions

mate are you using pet settings or have you scanned yourself,i found adding pet settings on my vu uno i would get the same prob as you, try save each position first then add the settings and see what happens if this is the case.

put the dish on a sat you know its on and factory reset,then set the tuner up again save them individually scan 28 then 19 after that move to each sat and see if it remembers the positions.

i know its a bit of a pain but at least you will find out.
