28E HD received in northeast Bulgaria with a small dish-possible?

Here I've uploaded a video which shows how in my town I receive Astra 2A/2B HD channels.I've made it especially to show that it depends on the right setting to the satellite.The signal is very low in eastern Bulgaria...
