How to update online B.H 1.7.5 image?

Hello,

I like to ask how i can update my ultimo receiver running BH 1.7.4 image to 1.7.5 without loosing my personal settings?
I have a motorized 1.2m dish and i like to make a backup to all my settings. How can i do this?

back them up first to usb stick with personal backup,install 1.7.5 then reinstall from usb stick
