what`s happening @ 39e

hi there what`s happening at 39east just switch on and some channels on 12.524H won`t open up it looks as they have change there encryption :mecry:

Not really a signal reception issue, (Presumably you still "receive" the channels but some are now encrypted) its a Encryptions issue, Bulsatcom switching off Irdeto2 on some channels.
