I have the spiderbox 5000sd which ive bought 2nd hand and love the box just when i move the dish to 15.8e and put in these channels they dont clear do i need to have service + or Nuevo as the server etc and should there be a id or code also the ip/domain little bit bamboozled.... i have loaded latest software on usb stick but cant clear anything on 15.8e any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi even my sister who lives in london she bought spiderbox and she told me she can't see Albanians packed digitalb&tring it's freeze all the time,the seller just they want to sell the boxes.

Edit 15.8e and change it to 16e and you should have success.
