problem with Skystar USB 2 HD CI on windows 64 Bit

Hi
I'm trying to find a way to use my Skystar USB 2 HD CI which is connected to a PC with 64 Bit version of windows 8.1.
After I install device Driver as soon as I want to make it enable on ProgDVB or watching a channel with DVBViewer it show me a BSOD.

and further informations might be useful :

There is no incompatibility with my motherboard as it works great with window 8.1 32 Bit.
I've connected my device to a USB 2 port. USB 3 make BSOD happen as well.No deference.

I'm really disappointed to make it work Sad

any help would be greatly appreciated.

As i said I'm connecting the device to a USB 2 interface .I'm not using usb hub and it connected to motherboard usb directly.
