I’m a new user from the North-East of England I live in Wallsend work in the IT industry and love tinkering with computers and all things electronic.
I currently have a HP N54L micro server with plex / xbmc which I use for most TV watching and a raspberry pi as a download centre the next thing I want to add to it is to utilise the pvr functions my setup is hooked up to a projector and amp so rather than only being able to watch normal TV through my Sammy TV utilising the built in freesat/freeview box or my external youview box for bt iptv I would like to integrate it all into the server so looking at internal pci card or external usb solution which brought me here. Hopefully you good folk can assist in the best setup and teach me more over all the fancy things it can do. I didn’t realise there was such an underground community around it all but interested in where it will take me.
