Lost vu+ password

By installing oscam/cccam2.13 on my vu+ solo, password to get connected through FTP has been lost.

Anyone knows how to recover the default password ?

It implies you've got the old password. I'm not sure about it. Tried dreambox, void but no way to change and get connected to ftp.
