No ca found on clone DM800SE

i am using this all russian image here http://www.sat-universe.com/showpost.php?p=805441&postcount=35 plus this is the thread for all images for the clone DM800se
Everything is ok but there is again problem:works only SD channel, no HD except "MTV Live HD". In other cases when I try choose any HD channel is dispal on tv" X Tune failed".
Please help
Check your dish and lnb for maximum performance.
HD channels need better quality signal to work
i need serious help , unfotunatly i press button update software & now havin in oled box screen ( R01 NO CA FOUND ) , i tried above thing, followed up instruction , but tell step 4 no progress !! , sunray flashloader showing a box stuck on waiting for acknowledge , then nothing , happened!!! i really tried a lot , no hope , is it possible to recover it!!!

Are the se drivers installed correctly and have you choosen the correct com port for the serivce port usb cable ?
Is yours a clone because on real 800se models the mini usb service port is not active on the clones it is.

mine too is saying the same thing

turn off receiver launch sunray make sure ethernet cable connected com 1 or com 3 is usally used tick use network use any i doesnt matter as long its not already in use, press connect now press button on front of box keep it held in and switch box on then flash
