channel can not scan

Some channels use dvbs2 can not scan by dm800(other scan normal). I use satfinder plugin but do not have signal. how can i do?

What channels/frequencies and satellites do you have trouble with?

If you have no signal maybe you have not positioned your dish correctly or the frequency your trying to scan is not in use.

Check the frequency details on Lyngsat.

Sorry mate can not see the satellite for me to take a look at what problem may be.

I remember you run a diseqc switch could that be the problem?

thank your help. i scan another 12232v12000 dvb-s on 100.5E is normal but on that no signal

The sat 100.5E broardcast DVB-S2 frequency 12297/43200 fec: 2/3 8psk. Someone said: symbolrate: 43200 too high with Dm800(Dvb-s2 max 3000) so Dm800 can not scan that frequency. anyone have ideal to solve this problem?

I had same tuner with DM 800 hd and was able to tune 100.5E all hd channels but all of sudden the tuner stopped working for all dvb-S2 channels (not only on 100.5E but also on Hotbird. DVB-S channels are woking fine. Any idea what went wrong with tuner plz??????????????
