FREEZE Problems

Hi

I have problems with freeze problem on my dreambox dm800 hd se.
I got 4 lnb on one dish pointer. the problem is the position on 0,8W & sometimes 4,8E on some channels and not all of the channels. I have changed the LNB & diseqc without any luck. i dont have any problem with the another positions.

the position is almost on best quality position.

TV2 Zulu channels signals:
SNR: 85% / DB: 13,7 / BER: 0 / AGC: 31

TV3 Puls channels signals:
SNR: 85% / DB: 13,6 / BER: 0 / AGC: 31

6'eren channels sgnals:
SNR: 78% / DB: 12,5 / BER: 0 / AGC: 32


the internet is neither a problem. I use a 40mb LAN connection.
i use the openpli image.

The freezing is from seconds to several minutes.

Please help friends.

13E - 7E - 4.8E - 0.8W.

problems on 4.8E on TV3+ & TV3 Puls and 0.8W on channel TV2 Zulu & 6´eren most of the time.

Country denmark.

the signal is quite good, the other chnnels on pos 0.8W and 4.8E does Work perfekt, so thats why i dont understand why its only a few channels at the same pos doesnt Work.

I do understand if all of the channels at a specific pos doesnt Work that will be either the LNB or the diseqc switch.
But is not that simply.

The dish is 120cm. I dont understand if the signal at the current channel is between 75-85%, someone even 99%, why does it freeze???

The channels with 55% doesnt freeze, why is that???

Could it be the image?
Or the BER AGC or DB???
