4:2:2 open satellite receiver

AZbox (maybe some other few) can do Mpeg2 4:2:2
No one so far can do Mpe4 4:2:2, someone told me that some TV with dvbS2 receiver embedded CAN , but I don't remember which one.

No it cannot the only Satellite receiver that can resolve 4:2:2 transmissions is the AZBox HD Premium+ & Elite there are no other satellite receivers in production for 4:2:2 video,

I have suggested to several manufacturer's Technomate,Icecrypt that there is a market for these receivers,

When anything new comes out you will read about it here until then there will be no more updates unless you want to go via the pc route ?

currently there is only 4:2:2 decoder consumer azbox, however, does not display with 4:2:2 avc codec and elecard
PS=4:2:2 with the codec elecard can see them via streaming on pc

That is correct due to lack of support for these receivers the AZBox HD Premium+ & Elite do not display 4:2:2 when avc codec and elecard is in use,

I did wonder about MPEG-4 thanks for the feedback,

I hardly use the AZBox HD Premium+/Elite these days as so many transmissions are beyond the receivers capability.

I did wonder if the latest batch of AZBoxes can cope with these transmissions ?

I think these are not original azboxs, any special ALI receiver!
fake box with azbox Name for latino america, Brasil!

I recently purchased both an AzBox Premium HD and an AzBox Premium HD+ in order to try and get the 422 BISS feeds, but with so little online help and assistance I was unable to achieve the task, so I've now purchased a TBS decoder.
