Looking for a Satellite System

Hello everyone I'm looking to dive into the satellite market. I looked at many systems that has made my head spin. Here's a breakdown of what I'm looking for.

Satellite system for the northeast USA.
Motorized dish as small as possible
Suggestions for receivers and any extras needed
Total costs between 500 - 1000

I read up on the T90 multibeam dish looks exactly what I'm looking for. Then I searched to see if I could find 1 being sold in the USA nobody is selling them here anymore. Couple places in Europe selling but I can only imagine what the cost of delivery and would it get through customs? I will keep an eye out for it maybe 1 will pop up somewhere within the states.
