500HD problem getting channel fix

I have DM 500 HD with latest newnigma image. The problem is that I have a positioner and after some time of watching, when i change the channel to other sattelite, the dish turns, but I cannot get the lock and I need to restart the box. After restart everything is back to normal for some time. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Is this a standalone vbox type positioner or are we talking just a disecq motor ?

Redone the sat positions on the vbox, the make them correspond to the storage number you have on the 500hd for the sats.

Tried with no luck.

After watching SAT for some time and changing the channel it says "No Signal". After restard everything is back to norma. Also it is not problem of the image, as I tried different ones and the same problem exist.

Just wondering if it could be a tuner fault.

Do you have any other reciever you could try on the motor setup ?
