problem with DM900 FBC Tuner BCM45208

i have problem with open source image the tuner is not fund, in the cvs image work without any problem, i think its driver issue,but with opensource image i dont know how to update the dvb drivers for this image like openpli is there any chance to work this image with fbc tuner
