Mgcamd 1.35a don't install at Pcd 2.1 image

Hello there,
I have installed DM600PVR Enigma2 Pcd 2.1 image on DM-600 PVR.
Then, I tried to manually install mgcamd 1.35a from post#3 here: http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=157098
Tried all versions, E1 and E2 by placing them to /tmp
Problem is that when i open manual install - it does not show anything available for installation. Maybe i miss doing something or I need a special E2 PPc version of mgcamd...Could someone advise me how to get *.tar.gz mgcamd file appearing in manual install screen of DM600 PVR running this E2 image

good idea. Indeed, there was possible to download cam from add-on manager section

Now, cam was installed, but i don't see any config files to properly tune this cam.....do you know maybe where can i get those, if they are also image-spesific and where to get some sort of brief instructions as to how to properly tune this cam for sharing?
