ADSL TV Through IPBOX

Anyone has a thought on this? I tried adslTV from my local
carrier about a year ago. Free (vdsl) modem which I still have
and their decoder. Then, reception was crap so moved to IPBOX9000HD on cable and sat. Gave the decoder back.

Would the IPBOX decode the output from the vdsl router ? I guess the connection would be ethernet. But does the IPBOX have the software to decode IPTV ?
