with progdvb pro i cant see resolution 720x576.show black screen. i can see only mpeg2
what must i do to see mpeg4??

It sounds like you need to download and install LAV filters package. Google it

how is possible the same feed is later at pc 3 sec and the same feed at dreambox is 3 sec before

Different buffer sizes. You might be able to adjust it in your DVB app but a smaller buffer size may make picture breakup more likely, especially on HD video.
