Hello ADMINISTRATORS

I have a problem with my account which I can't download more than 2 files which means like I have zero post, but so far I have 118 posts and for senior members they have Limit to download 14 files in 24 hours.

You must be using some download manager tool or download accelerator. We've been trough this many times before, limits are working fine if there is no download managers involved. That's why it says so in the error you get.
Members can't upload per default, you can use public sat upload forum for that. And you can reply or start threads in all forums where discussion is held, you can't in files forums.
