signal problem 39e

i have 39e at home quite a strong signal around 80%quality and strength moved my friends dish to same sat ,his dish is same size as mine 100cm but could only get 60% strength and 45% quality tried my lnb but still same,he dosn`t have any trees nearby or other obstacles and dish was set up using my sat receiver,any ideas

He was on sat at 23.5e before this good signal and quality,iset up sat with new cable
