You can offer to sell or request to buy anything there. As long as it is used item. And as long as it is legal. So don't try to trade weapons, drugs, pirated disks etc
There is a 5 post minimum to be allowed to star new thread in that forum or to reply to someone else's thread.
And please always choose a prefix when starting a thread. It should be either For Sale or Wanted.
If you complete the sale or purchase of something please reply to your thread to let everyone know.
