Strange problem with MGCamd1.38

I have a strange problem with MGCamd1.38

I put it SoftCam.Key in user/keys/ and everything works perfectly.

I'm also put it my C: line in cccamd.list.example - 755
but line no work.
Any help ?

Line is perfect corect and good.
