Replacement of oscam emu in OpenPLi 4.0

Hi,
I have a question regarding Oscam Emu on my box with OpenPLi 4.0.
In usr/bin I had an older version of oscam_emu and decided to replace it. I changed the original name to oscam_emu_OLD and copied the one from here, r11267:

Of course I changed file attributes to 755 and changed its name to oscam_emu.
Now I open an oscam webinterface and I still see OSCam r11199.
What have I done wrong?

You have to delete old oscam and send new oscam to usr/bin. That will be Okay.

Do not confuse OSEmu which is a separate stand-alone emulator and oscam-emu which is integrated into the build of oscam.

I hope I am not confusing them.
The one from the link I posted is Oscam-emu, right? I believe this is what I am using right now.
The thing I don't understand is why it is still showing the old r number (11199).

You must be using the stand alone OSEmu which you can update without changing Oscam.
If you want to update oscam-emu you must then compile a new version of Oscam (I think the latest is 11271) with the newest version of oscam-emu (731) patch applied. Only then will the oscam version number change.

Maybe I don't understand some things but what is the difference between the file I mentioned before:
oscam-svn11267-openpli40-webif-ssl-libusb-oscam-emu-patched (about 1.5 MB) from here:

and
oscam_1.20-rev-11271-Pli-4.0-emu (about 0.8 MB) from here:
http://www.sat-universe.com/showpost.php?p=2036683941&postcount=453

I have now used the latter one and the "r" number has finally changed to 11271 in oscam webinterface. :)

By the way, when I use "ps" in telnet I can see the softcam is now running from /usr/bin/ while the former one seemed to be running from /tmp/.
