Emu or software for Biss/DCW keys

Is there an emulator or player software that can make use of these fixed keys? I've tried vplug and entering directly in dvb dream but nothing produces any results. Which is the preferred software combination to use for dvb cards now?

Like I said, I tried entering the keys directly into vplug... I get no response. At most, on some channels, there's a little light icon that changes from red to green but there are no other indications that it's doing anything- and no video either.
