DM900 Return back to Dreambox

Hello anyone have experience in returning there dreambox DM900 back to the manufactory
for repair?

I sent mine back like 4 weeks ago I got and email saying they received it, but have not heard anything since? How long does it usually take any ideas?

Well it going on 2 months now, I finally heard from dream box they sent me a email stating they are waiting on parts....

Well finally today I got my Dreambox 900 back... they replaced the motherboard it only took 2 1/2 months GEEZ.

Just go on there web page and click on support and someone will get back to you and tell you where to send it to.. It might take a few emails for them to respond back to you.. good luck..
