Vu+ Duo rebooted and now wont turn on !

Hi Guys, ive had a Vu= Duo for about 7 months and its worked great but today I got the VIX green screen and the box rebooted, however now it wont turn on ! Ive tried turning off and leaving it for a few mins then when I turn the power back on I get the 1st red screen, then it tries to go to the screen with a picture of a car on it (used to be the heart beat screen) but it turns itself onto standby mode. Ive tried several times but it keeps doing it.
Any help or thoughts or solutions would be appreciated.

if you have any hard drive or usb sticks inserted remove them,if that does not work try a reflash.

Hi, I have an internal hard drive built into the box, does that have to be removed ?

Also anwhere you can point me to get the flash instructions and software would be a massive help, many thanks

is this an original VU or a clone open the top and just remove the cable going in to the hard drive.

but if it was me i would just go ahead with the clean flash
