DM 500 HD problem flash

after upgrade my DM 500 HD via menu -upgrade firmware it blocked on the red button and when i try to flash it via dream-up 1.3.3.9 , but when it comes on the step ; box is flashing from its memory , nothing happen ..!!!

problem resolved hamdulillah ..via the dream-up v 1.3.3.8
