4:2:2 Feeds VLC and TS reader

Hi All,
I wonder if someone may be able to help me..Im fairly new to using satellite so forgive me if this is a simple error on my part..

I use a TBS 6903 card, crazy Scan, TS reader and VLC

When tuning into feeds such as 4:2:2 maybe 50% of the time all is well, but for the remainder I cant get VLC to display anything
It drives me crazy!

Tonight i was trying to tune into this match:-

7.0°E
11458 H 7500
4:2:2
Id: beIN Sports Turkey

The url image shows my set up, Is there anything that jumps out that would prevent VLC working?
Id appreciate any help anyone can provide

Im on the standard version of TS Reader (2.8.52) which is the latest version and that has the pulgins already to enter the BISS key. So I assume I dont need any other plugins? As I said, i can sometimes view the 4:2:2 feeds just fine.
As an example, ive just tried to tune into this :

Eutelsat 7A/B ( 7.0°E )
11667 H 9998
DVB-S2 - 4:2:2 - MPEG-4
ID: E 289 A
Event: Turkish Super Lig, Fenerbahçe v. Çaykur Rizespor
I entered the BISS key followed by 16 zeros, TS Reader seems to be reading it ok (please see the image in the link below)

Can I just ask please; just the TS reader display in the image look like its working correctly (this was after I entered the BISS Key)?

Any thoughts please Fox/Anyone?
