i have these freq. by blindscan but no signal locked during scan;

10904,V,17600
10904,H,17600

need PLS codes?

If you already know the symbol rate 17600, and then you got PLS code.

If this freq not a multistream freq!!,so what is it?

With IQmonitor I was able to extract information,not PLS.
