Hobbyist receiver

Hi,
I am looking at buying a new hobbyist receiver. Non linux, something that can deal with Biss and be good if it can handle the new multi-stream French channels on 5 west. Does anyone know of receivers that can do both? Or maybe I would have to buy two separate receivers to work Biss and multi-stream channels?
