tbs 6903 shut down pc --dead

hi everyone
received today TBS 6903 PCIe card but when you put in the pc I can not work more ps is dead
as soon as the card is removed all operating normally
I tried to put and more power (700w) but the same thing until the card is inside comp is dead
I listen to advice for solution to the problem
few details about the PC:
Acer motherboard M5A78L-M LX3
ADM graphics card GeForce R7 260X
4GB PC3-12800
4GB PC3-10600
power 500W (700W far)

put this card on other personal computer, and look whether other personal computer turns on or not(?)

If your card is OK then PCIE slot has an problem, the go for this

I have a modern computer with a recent bios, so should be ok. It is currently running a 6925 with just the occasional problem.

Sent a card back to China (imagine it was wrong) and the Chinese sent the other out of their warehouse, so they had to pay the customs, so the card returned to China and is now sent out from the EU warehouse

I had to send a 6925 which became faulty back in for replacement. I am fairly sure it had to go to France.

Cheap Clones go to China :eek:
