changes:
- Starting in 6793 will be "all clients" dialog instead of the IP address "timeonchannel" displayed
- Display of picons (50x30 format) switchable via menu button
- Evaluated the picon file name MUST be the service reference, only the srvid is - Incorrect display possible
- Translation into Polish (Thanks to Kosmacz)
- Install ipk for TARGET_ARCH = "all"
