Mgcamd 1.35 Bulsat-OK.Put SoftCam.Key in /var/keys,and overwrite mgcamd-1.35 with file from archive.Dont forget to make atr 755.Tested both DGS and E2.Thanks to mig31bg

If somebody still have problems,try my backup files for DGS based image.Tested allso on E2,but have to edit mg_cfg :D

PS.Only Bulsatcom is working,not C+NL
