I'm in NE Essex with a dish size of 80cm and I can't receive it.

Lyngsat reckons it's 52dBW in our area and suggests a dish size of 50cm.

But, as an example, Hellas Sat 39E is about the same signal strength and I can pick that up just fine.

I am in West Essex & have good reception here with a 45cm dish.

Problem solved. When I set up my positioner I entered the longitude as 1.61E instead of 1.061E. Idiot!

I guess that as it's so close to Bulgariasat on 1.9E that there is no room for error. The other two dozen satellites were working perfectly.

45 cm for the whole of the South of England see footprint for 1.9 east below,
You may need a 60cm in Cornwall

hi i live in the NE of uk and have a 1m setup and am having problems trying to lock on to this sat everytime i put in frequency its says invalid,now i know that motor is set right as having no problems with other sats
using a tm5402 setup and black ultra lmb but just not getting anywhere with it
any advice much appreciated please
