You don't have hardware drivers installed (chek in Control Panel for Jungo hardware if existing)
Hard REMOVE installation.
Don't plug hardware yet and start CIS871 setup
Now connect USB and launch program and choose driver when asked in Driver folder in Cas interface working directory
If it is not working try on Add legacy hardware from Control Panel and check for a Jungo Windrive in same folder or download file from here.
I got some problem in 64bit version solved by-passing automatic installation and using instead a brute force method by hardware legacy (twice) and it works finally. It should work much easyer in 32bit version

CIS 8.7.1 on Windows x64

Unzip file and run the file in the folder with CIS871.exe Administrator rights for installation.
Error messages relating to ignore the driver.
In Menu / Start / Run / hdwwiz.exe call & select hardware and install it manually from a list (Advanced) mode.
Hardware Asistent starts
Click Next.
Hardware manual install and select from a list (Advanced).
Click Next.

Select the type of hardware to be installed from the list.
(Show All Devices)
Jungo
Click Next.

Select the hardware to install device drivers.

Manufacturer: Jungo
Model: WinDriver
Click Next.
Here now specify the location of the unpacked Downloads:
Search in: Vista 64

Completing the wizard

Click Finish
