I have an original DM800 from about 7-8 years. Did I just brick my box flashing this image?

Definitely, as it's not for an original box that image (for estar).

But you can recover with DreamUp or JapharFlasher tools to the original bootloader / SSL. So no worry, it's simple... but you will need an RJ45 cable + RS232 cable with that DreamUp to get your box working.

DM boxes are always reflashable also if the image was a wrong one, no worries.

for 800 HD Clone SIM 2.01 or only for SIM 3 ?
