Longitude and Latitude

What do I put as the longitude an latitude setting in my receiver. In 'streetmap' I get the following when I enter my post code (I am from the NW/Lancashire area):-

OS X (Eastings) 369142
OS Y (Northings) 429327
Lat (WGS84) N53:45:34 (53.759379)
Long (WGS84) W2:28:10 (-2.469531)

And in 'dishpointer' I get:-

Latitude: 53.7594°
Longitude: -2.4695°
Satellite: ****************** Motorized ***********************************
Elevation: 30.0°
Azimuth (true): 57.3°
Azimuth (magn.): 57.3°

depends on your receiver?
Latitude: 53.7594° = 53.8° N
Longitude: -2.4695° = 2.5° W or else 357.5 if you can't enter E or W (360 - 2.5), World 360°, greenwich = 0 or 360
Normal rounding is used to what you can enter in your receiver. 5 and above +1 below 5 -1 on the next digit on the left.

53.7594 = 53.76 or 53.8
