What position is best for a 1M motorised dish with Diseqc 1.2 Motor?

Latitude?

Longitude?

etc

I am from the North West/Lancashire area and I want to receive satellites from 45E to 30W.

Cheers

Code:

North West/Lancashire would give these:
Latitude: 53.5729° (53.6°N)
Longitude: -2.8558° (2.8°W or 357.2 / 2.9°W or 357.1 ) depending your receiver input. If you use usals use 0.8°W as your reference satellite

What's the difference between DiSEqC and Usals? Which is better? (I have a Vu+ Duo)

Which is better for a 1m dish for 45e to 30w?

Thanks

Diseqc is a way to control motorized dish.
Usals is a program in the receiver that uses above diseqc
with usals you have to point the dish to 1 sat position 0.8°W in your case. If mounting pole is 100% plumb on 360° and dish elevation is set correctly, the USALS program can guide the dish to each location.
Diseqc: you need to manually program each location.
1st choice: USALS if your receiver supports it.
otherwise Diseqc 1.2 (1.0 & 1.1 switch & fixed lnb)

Ok, so usal is a better option, but if the dish is not aligned accurately, will diseqc be a better option?

Dish alignment to your satellite south is not dead on?
Dish pole is not 100% plumb on 360°?
When installing dish the motor was not 100% on dial position 0?
