Extra information:

VWeather3:
- Skinparts adapted to Weather3.
- No crash when installing CerX if VWeather3 is not installed.
- No crash if VWeather3 is uninstalled without having deactivated the skin parts.
- After installing VWeather3 you have to select "Overwrite Converter" once in its settings and then restart GUI.
