i can lock this and find "OTTHEVC" with DVB Dream
i have 10db on it which i think is ok signal ?
but how to see these channels ?
i'm using TBS 5980 USB Q-Box
please tell how its possible to view video and pictures ??

I manually type v.pid 7002 HEVC a.pid 7003 DTS(AAC) PCR.pid 7002 and using LAV codec me DVBdream Opens a normal program(You wait a minute and the picture goes normal).
The second option is:Locked with PC Card, recorded with TSReader (or any dvb-program) and uses Potplayer,Here you have 15 programs that you can view.

OK THIS IS VERY GOOD 
I HAVE Recorded some Bein Sport 1 HD Which plays fine on DVBDream but no Audio ..but playing it back on Potplayer video and Audio is 100% .
i guess i must input all PIDS for each channel in order to select them and play back on Potplayer ??

I GET IT And All works fine too with DVB Dream
these channels all seem to be in 4:2:2 Format since my TM5402 CAN ONLY DISPLAY AUDIO FOR Them
where as DVBDREAM Will display the Video Perfectly but for some reason its only possible get the Audio to work when i record and playback as you say with POTPLAYER
its a pity DVBDREAM Will not play the Audio for these channels...?

I was wondering why I couldn't get any channels although I have strong signal on this frequency, but that confirms they left, thks for the post
